An exact date has not yet been announced. But the BCCI officials have told about the two time slots. The first is the second week of November, and the second is the third week of December.

Franchisees are a bit worried about this. Because the BCCI had promised them to tell the new retention rules by the second week of August. But nothing has been said yet. Now the BCCI says that everything will be told by the end of this week or early next week.
